We are in the process of completing a Network Infrastructure Analysis and Data Collection Template Self Assessment. Once the Self Assessment is completed we will work with key IT Personnel to review the Assessment and prioritize order of Server and Application recovery. We assisted in the selection process of a recovery site to deploy recovery hardware. Several ISP’s will be contracted to add redundancy to the Telecommunications Infrastructure. Replication software and Compression Appliances will be installed to reduce recovery time for mission critical servers and applications.

PND conducted an audit of all servers, switches and routers. The first task was to identify which servers didn’t contain the latest security patches. A similar study was conducted to identify all routers and switches that didn’t have the latest rev levels of the operating system files. Once the evaluation of all critical areas was completed an evaluation of domain wide user rights and general company security practices was conducted. All desktops and laptops were evaluated to identify OS and Application vulnerabilities and local user rights. Once the data collection process was completed we documented our findings and, along with recommended solutions, they were handed out to the IT Managers and the Company Executive Team.
